Four Powerful Tricks for the success of Lucid Dreaming

Lucid Dreaming is a very interesting and worth a look a. As we continue growing in our knowledge of what happens when we sleep, and how we use our brain to help us succeed, it is increasingly clear that we can find pleasure and entertainment in our sleep, and can become a part of everything. Lucid is described as "conscious awareness" during sleep. What this means is, we know that we are dreaming, and we want it in the dream and a good time. After all, while in the dream state, everything is possible! We can fly, swim underwater for a long time, see everything, and now, with practice, can share in these dreams.

Many people have heard for years that we use only 10% of our brain power. This is why so many people now want to find ways to use more of that capacity, not only for work but also to play.

Lucid Dreaming – A gift for certain people?

It was once thought that lucid dreaming is a gift given only to certain people, Psychics very similar to some do, but this is not the case. Anyone can learn lucid dreaming, just takes practice and time. According to Charles McPhee, should spend time to identify when their sleep cycles are, and when your sleep cycles. Then as they become more aware of their sleep cycles, you can mentally prepare for those moments. "When he wakes up early in the morning, before the turn and close my eyes for another cycle, be sure that your dreams are underway. In the early morning, you stand on the verge of thirty to forty minutes of action dream blocks without stopping. The trick, of course, is to recognize the dream . (103).

By definition, Lucid Dreaming means "awareness during the dream state." But how can this be? Each book I ever read of dreaming has described the dream state as an entry in the unconscious, so how can you be conscious during dreaming, and be able to enter their dreams. Keep reading.

Can you be conscious in their access to the subconscious?

According to Charles McPhee in his book "A stop sleeping through your dreams, "the answer to the question on consciousness during sleep is a resounding NO!" Our capacity for consciousness-our ability to achieve reflectivity in our minds, is specifically denied us during dream sleep. Single-mind is a quality that defines dream experience. "If you had the ability to reflect on a dream, instantly recognizing that you were dreaming and waking, and that is why it is difficult to judge and evaluate our dream experience.

An important event occurs with our muscle system with the appearance of dream sleep. Motor neurons major body are inhibited, which prevents us from "physically" acting dreams – do not want to be jumping out of bed and start flying around the house, creating chaos everywhere at night and woke up exhausted. Unfortunately, after the motor neurons that are closed, so is the ability of consciousness during sleep sleep.

100 minutes each night to Lucid Dreaming

The first time I awaken from dream sleep, have a good opportunity to remember our dreams, while if awakened from any other stage, I can not remember dreaming. We enter various stages of sleep during 90-minute cycles during all night (you can see looking at the clock before going to sleep at night, and again when he wakes up during the middle of the night.) This means that if you sleep for six hours per night, will have four "sleep cycles" that can be accessed for information or fun (most people sleep an average 100 minutes each night). In the book "Dreaming Director", to discover how to ask the right questions of their dreams in order to receive troubleshooting information and direction for your life, now you can go one step further and discover how the change in dreams at random to see what clues they are trying giving.

Trick # 1 – The first step

The first step to becoming lucid during the dream is to start trying to remember the previous nights dreams. This takes practice, but it can get. Soon discover that if you work backwards from sleep, it's easier to rebuild together. This is easier done, of course, immediately after waking. If a dream is not written, or remember quickly be lost forever. When the ability to achieve lucid dreaming, you will find that these dreams are remembered more easily and not fade away so fast, that is where the fun in lucid dreaming coming! What good is if they can jump into your dreams and "play" and then he remembers nothing from the experience. Forgot your lucid dreams can give a sense of calm and something to smile about during the day. Soon, you will realize what you want to find in their dreams, and you can tell you that the next time you have the dream that are flying, you will remember that dreams and wishes to participate in this adventure.

Trick # 2 – The best time to Lucid become

An important thing to remember about sleep cycles is that during the night time becomes more and more time dreaming of each cycle. This means that the longest stretch of Dreamtime comes just before waking. This is the time you should concentrate on trying to be lucid. You should be monitoring their cycles sleep (as explained above), and to determine approximately when it comes to the 4th cycle, and then, when you wake up after the 3rd cycle, so conscience can tell yourself that next time you see or hear something, you dream and want to stay abreast of this dream and enter it.

Trick # 3 – Unable to sleep!

It has been discovered that if you do not get enough sleep, and have had time to dream, your body will compensate by dreaming again! It's almost like if essential for us to have dream experiences. Therefore, if you are having difficulty in being lucid in your dreams you may want to try to stay until later to a couple of nights, then sleep cycles will be more as they try to "catch up". When you have these sleep cycles extra in the capture phase, is a great opportunity to practice your lucid dream, as the cycles to be long, intense and profound. It is more difficult to wake himself from sleep when the body is very tired, making this an excellent opportunity for lucidity!

Trick # 4 – Partnerships

After have come to write their dreams, it's time to select a couple of common things in the dream that you remember that you are dreaming. For example, if you normally dream that you deal with different types of sports cars, you have to tell yourself when you're awake is that the next time you're driving a luxury car that you dream. Thus, establishing the association in your mind to activate the unconscious to recognize that as a dream and will help him. If you normally dream of flying, which is also a good indication that you are dreaming, and if you consciously take note of this, the next time you are flying, I ask what is supposed to remember on the flight. If luck is on their side, this partnership will trigger your thinking if you're flying, you must be dreaming, and with that thought immediately, you will be able to start their adventure in the dream.

The first few times you try to do this, the awareness that you're dreaming can wake you up! This is because your consciousness has been activated, and to keep dreaming you need to stay in the subconscious. It takes practice to make acceptance you are dreaming of a passing thought, and just go with the flow. If you think too, wakes up (and, of course, have to try again). Again, according to McPhee, "Whatever you choose as a key to identify your dreams, the association will carry over to their dreams. While you keep a dream journal and familiarize yourself with the contents of your dreams, you can experiment with the tracks. In short, the next time you take off in flight or are pursued by some family torturer, there is a unique opportunity which will have the associated thought, "Oh, I must be dreaming." And with this knowledge, we have identified dream successfully.

What Do You Want to Find Out

Having successfully entered your dreams, the next step is to determine what want to accomplish with his presence. Want to make your lucid dream in a fantasy in which physically fight the attackers, or want to be the fastest runner in the world and leave behind everything that comes right after you, or do you have fantasies of a sexual nature? This kind of lucid dreaming fantasy is fine, but what use is it? It does not help resolve anything in real life, but can be a good stress reliever. A better way to work with lucid dreaming is to try to get an idea of why the conflict occurs. If you were to stop people who are chasing their dreams and talk to them, what would mean? Could you reveal why they are running and open the opportunity to explore unconscious fears in real life? Since the unconscious is probably trying to tell you something, it would be better to know what it is, so you can act accordingly when you wake up, and resolve these difficult situations. The more you practice, closer it gets to solve their problems – and then you can go back to fantasy dreaming (I guess that's probably what everyone wants to make modes), but because it is taking time to practice becoming lucid, may well make it work to your advantage sometimes.

Technology can help

As technology advances, so does the opportunity to get help with your sanity. There are now high-tech devices that can be used to induce lucid dreams. Most of them can be found in New Age bookstores, or you can go to the library and find mail order catalogs that carry these devices. You can now find popular devices such as visors that detect rapid eye movement and blink a red diode when you start to sleep. This red light is incorporated into the dream and the dreamer recalls that track where he or she is dreaming. If you are having problems entering your dreams, These devices may be able to help you relax enough to have some fun!
