How to know which update menu sytem is in the Wii disc?

I need to know which games have the update 4.2 on them? any game would be released after 4.2 was released, or there is a limit of time when you put the new version on the discs?

Nintendo would be any game made after the date of release 4.2. So, probably, Wii Fit Plus, New Super Mario Bros Wii will have.
