Any suggestions on what to do b4 I join the police when I'm 21?
I'm 18 rite now. Classes or anything else to help me in my seeking a career in law reinforcement
I am currently a criminal justice major and listen to my teachers who really have been or are still in the field, hear my advice. Get a title, not necessarily in criminal justice, but it helps. Take the test, not only in their local area, but thats anywhere tests. And not only have a standard of proof, take local, state and federal levels. Every time you fail even if one gets used to taking tests. Look over requirements for each test that you take each department has different rules. There are some departments mostly in the South that only require you to have a high school diploma, but if you have a degree gets paid more to start. Tests are not just academics, but physically, make sure you can do atleast the necessary amount of activity. Please complete all works on paper, colored ink or black type and taking the time to do the best they can read it more likely stay forward. And definitely when taking the test or exhibition of any interview is not presented in jeans, shirts, sweats, sneakers or sandals. Professional look shows that the care and pride in itself.
