Nights Journey

Nights Journey

Check out The Night Sky

When I began my journey of looking toward the night sky, I realized how fragile our human race. When you look up there in heaven, like me, do not you see how small we are? Do they really understand the power of the universe and just how exciting it can be? Come with me a journey that takes him miles away from our house.

Venturing into a dark spot in my area of residence is sufficient to block the glare of the city of city life that never ends. It's good to sit and relax in the serenity of the night sky from time to time. One begins to appreciate more the land, even their very existence on this planet we call home.

In our summer season if you look directly above you should be able to see a star called Vega. Now, Vega is in the upper right corner of most of a constellation of stars called the Summer Triangle. It is easy to detect. In the next available night, go out and look upwards. You should see three stars distant from one another, forming a giant triangle in the sky. Just by finding this constellation is probably now know more that most of their friends are doing on the night sky.

I must say that learning about the night sky is an adventure. Would you have imagined that so many stars only within our own galaxy? The excitement of learning is much more abundant in astronomy, then, say, mathematics. This is a real object of breath live on we are studying.

Here is another constellation of stars easily distinguishable. Try to find four stars forming a square. This place is not just any old square however, is the great square of Pegasus. It is further down on the horizon in the lower left of The Triangle Summer. You can also see two little stars sitting next to each other nearby. These two small stars are called Aries.

Sitting there for night, staring at the sky, in fact my mind began to ask questions. Have you ever felt that urge to know more, know the answers to the universe? I sure we all have. Looking up into the pit made me feel something that I feel every day of my life. It's a different feeling, a feeling of wonder and joy. It is also an immense sense of excitement knowing that we are only a tiny speck in a universe that consists of billions of stars.

The Most people know of the Big Dipper. Constellation that I have known since I was a little kid and I still find it interesting that, even today. Looking into the Big Dipper you notice that it resembles a giant cooking pot of some kind. It also has a long handle so. This form of points of a star called Arthur. Arcturus is some orange in comparison to other stars.

The two stars on the right side of the pot in the Big Dipper point to the North Star. The North Star is famous for one main reason, which is not converted, but rather seems fixed in the sky. The North Star is also the final star in a constellation called the Little Dipper. The Little Dipper is upside down on top of the Big Dipper.

Our galaxy, the Milky Way, is just one of tens of billions galaxies. It is a spiral galaxy containing hundreds of millions of stars. To travel across the galaxy would require one hundred thousand years at a rate of five trillion, eight hundred million miles per year. The universe began about 14 billion years into flames in an explosion of energy called the Big Bang.

The galaxies formed in the aftermath remain away from each other at a speed increasing. Our solar system is almost five billion years old. Our sun is now in middle age and one day some five billion years it will die and our land will die with it.

Do not let this fear of dying to land not hope to learn about the bright lights, who see us. Always reserved a few minutes to contemplate the universe that is our own existence. With emotion comes a yearning for knowledge and with knowledge comes the joy. Let your joy be a new standard of living. Be confident and happy knowing that you can name that glitters heavily upon us. So on the outside and try for yourself how easy and fun it is to lie down and study the stars.

Batman Begins [Blu-ray]

Batman Begins [Blu-ray]

$7.92

Batman Begins discards the previous four films in the series and recasts the Caped Crusader as a fearsome avenging angel. That’s good news, because the series, which had gotten off to a rousing start under Tim Burton, had gradually dissolved into self-parody by 1997′s Batman & Robin. As the title implies, Batman Begins tells the story anew, when Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) flees Western civilizat…
