vegetarian cookbook by a chef REAL?
Can anyone recommend a good vegetarian cookbook written by a real chef who works at a restaurant REAL renowned please? Over the years I have learned cookbooks only place worthy of shelf space are the authors of the real restaurant chef, other writings on television or a book called chef are just down right laughable – anyone can together a few ingredients in a recipe collection called Book Kitchen
There are two restaurants called RFD (daily real food), organic vegetarian cuisine, located in Los Angeles, CA area. Of Indeed, it is the only local restaurant that serves vegetarian food using 100% [certain organic ingredients]. My family and I have eaten at the restaurant and recommend food. Ann Gentry is a chef and owner, and published a cookbook called The Real Food Daily Cookbook.
